Mission:  
La Familia Guidance Center, Inc. was established in 1995 to provide culturally competent mental health social services in order to enhance the quality of life for Chicano/Latino youth and families.

STAFF:
La Familia Guidance Center, Inc. has bilingual and bicultual licensed mental health professionals which include psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and social workers, with over 50 years of experience in the Chicano/Latino community.

Services are provided both in English and in Spanish. To make an appointment please call (651) 221-0913.  Minneapolis Office re-opened on July 1, 2008 - the address is 2217 Nicollet Avenue South in Minneapolis - all Mental Health intakes are still being taken by the St. Paul office. 

Fees:

Fees are charged according to service provided and can be paid by private health insurance, medical assistance (MA), or self-pay.

Seeking Fulltime, Bilingual, Licensed, Mental Health Professional or Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LGSW, LAMFT).   Position inlcludes Intensive Case Management to Latino Youth and Families.  This position will also require that Diagnostic Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Interventions be provided to these families.    

Seeking Fulltime, Bachelors Level, fully Bilingual Mental Health Worker.  Must have experience working with youth and families.  Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
